1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of handcrafted products by Milou & Milette. They apply to all orders placed on our online store.

2. Products

All our products are handcrafted creations, carefully and meticulously handmade. Therefore, each item is unique and may show slight variations compared to the photos presented on the website. These variations are part of the artisanal and unique character of each creation and do not constitute a defect in any way.

Made to order: Some of our products are made to order after receipt of your payment. Manufacturing times are indicated on the product page and are added to the delivery times. Due to their personalized and handmade nature, these items are not subject to a right of withdrawal in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

The product photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly concerning colors which may vary slightly depending on the screens.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) all taxes included (TTC). We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

4. Orders

Any order placed on our website constitutes the formation of a distance contract between you and us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

Milou & Milette also reserves the right to refuse an order in case of payment issues or an incorrect delivery address.

5. Order Confirmation

All orders are considered final after the order confirmation email is sent, subject to product availability.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. We accept payments by credit card and the payment methods offered on our online store.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated during the order. Delivery times are indicated on our website and may vary depending on the destination. For made-to-order products, the manufacturing time is added to the delivery time.

Milou & Milette cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.

Exception: In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (made-to-order products).

Return costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return procedure:

Contact us by email at milouetmilette@gmail.com to inform us of your wish to withdraw
Return the product in its original packaging, in perfect condition, accompanied by the invoice
Return address: the address will be communicated to the customer upon request for return by email
The refund will be made within 14 days following receipt of the returned product, after verification of its condition

Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, complete and in their original packaging.

Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be accepted for return.

Milou & Milette reserves the right to apply a deduction from the refund amount in case of depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.

9. Guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the articles of the Consumer Code.

10. Liability

Our liability cannot be engaged for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet.

11. Personal Data

The information collected is subject to computer processing intended for the management of your order. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning you.
